When events show as free, please follow these steps to correct the problem.
Step 1: Events > Etix API > Performance Sync > Scroll down and uncheck Mark Zero Dollar Prices as Free > Scroll down and click Save Changes
Step 2: Re-sync events. Events > Etix API > Click Sync API Events Manually
Step 3: Clear site cache. Settings > GridPane Ngnix Cache Purger > Click Purge
Step 4: View the site in an incognito window and verify that the event is no longer showing as free.
Step 5: If the event is still showing as free; make sure that list as free show isn’t checked on the individual event
Events > Edit Event > Details Tab > Make sure that List as Free Show is unchecked.
