I have an issue with an event displaying incorrectly on my website, what do I do….?
If the event is created in box office, the event should be edited there. During the next api sync, the updated information will come over to the website. There are some exclusions to this, such as if the event is being excluded from being updated, or the field that is being updated, is excluded from the api sync. If you have an issue or concern, you can reach out to clientservices@rockhousepartners.com from here the appropriate person can best work with you to have the issue addressed and resolved.
If the event is a manual event, all changes will need to be made within the website / event itself. If you have an issue or concern, you can reach out to clientservices@rockhousepartners.com from here the appropriate person can best work with you to have the issue addressed and resolved.
